A swimming pool installation fails because of inadequate surface preparation or poor application technique. Surface preparation involved hard work and has no short-cuts or “miracle-primer” substitutes. A pool painting project may encounter one or both of these conditions: (a) bare concrete or cement finish, or (b) previously painted surface.
